Due to the active ingredients in specific Environ products, it is very important for the correct level to be used for each individual client.

If you are new to Environ Skin Care Vitamin A moisturisers (Skin EssentiA AVST/Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums) and are purchasing online, it is essential that you start on the lowest level (Skin EssentiA AVST 1/Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 1) in the step up programme to ensure the appropriate product is being used safely. We advise that each client complete at least 1 bottle of each level. For example, you will start on AVST 1, once you have finished that bottle you will either repeat that level, or you will continue on to AVST 2. We are available for in salon, online or email skin consultations, to help advise you and create a specific skin care plan, unique to you.

We do monitor this closely and reserve the right to refuse sale and refund on this basis.

RETURNS POLICY.

Of course we hope you will be delighted with your order. We are otherwise happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.
 

DELIVERY.
 

Delivery is via My Hermes tracked service. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, due to current circumstances this may take longer, so we ask you to allow 3-4 days for this. Product collection is also available,. You can select collection at checkout, and will then be notified by email when your products are ready for collection.
 

Advice from us.

To avoid running out of your product and not being able to step up to the next level accordingly, we advise that you purchase your next level of moisturiser 7 weeks after you started the last. This will ensure that you can continue through Environ’s unique step up programme smoothly.

When you reach the higher levels (Skin EssentiA AVST 4/Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum 3) we advise that you repeat these levels, sometimes more than once and gradually move over to the next level. The active ingredients in these are particularly high, and are recommended to be added in slowly, to ensure a smooth transition from one to the next.

If you feel your skin is responding to your product unusually in any way, contact us right away and we can advise you on this. 
 

If you have stopped using Environ for over 3 weeks, and would like continue to use it, you may be required to start at a lower level. Please contact us to discuss this.

Once you have finished your bottle of Skin EssentiA AVST2/Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serum2, we advise that you add either the Environ CIT or Gold Roller into your skin care routine. This enables the active ingredients to penetrate 10,000 times deeper into you skin, enhancing your results even further.

If you are using any Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums, it is essential to be using either Vita-Peptide Defence Creme/Plus alongside this to complete your serum/moisturiser duo and get the most effective results. 

For problematic/acne skin concerns, we use a different skin care protocol, depending on the severity of the breakouts. Please contact us for a skin consultation.
